I applied the cream around 12; had a 12:30 appt. The artist allowed me to wait the additional 30 minutes. He drew my tattoo and did a few other preparations. He started at 2:30ish and finished around 5:00pm. (It was a cover up tattoo)… it stayed numb the entire time and I could not feel a thing!
