We only offer refunds for items that were either lost in transit, if item is sent to the wrong address and it was our fault or if the customer just no longer needs the product and it is safely returned in the same condition received.

No refunds will be given for items lost or stolen after it was successfully delivered to the correct address provided by the customer and No Pain Mo' Gain assumes no liability for such cases. For this reason we advise customers to try to be home on the day of expected delivery especially in neighborhood that you know packages are prone to be stolen. For added protection, our website gives you the option to add package protection insurance to your order via Route Package Protection. We highly recommend adding insurance to your package. When insurance is added to your order, if you experience any delivery issues with your order, you can file a claim with Route Package Protection. If your claim is approved, Route Package Protection will refund you or repurchase the items for you. If at any instance you've received the wrong product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will send out a replacement product. If you've received the wrong size, send back that one and we'll gladly send out a replacement with the right size.

We will notify you once we’ve received your email and looked into your claim. If your particular situation meets the criteria for a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and a confirmation email sent out to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
